Call of Duty Co-Creator Vince Zampella Dies in California Car Crash

Vince Zampella, the co-creator of the globally popular "Call of Duty" video game franchise, died in a car crash in Los Angeles, California, on Sunday. He was 55 years old. Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, the game studio Zampella co-founded, confirmed his death.

The accident occurred on a highway when the Ferrari Zampella was traveling in veered off the road and struck a concrete barrier before catching fire, according to reports. Tragically, the crash resulted in two fatalities. Officials stated that the passenger was ejected from the vehicle.
